With extensive experience across health and life insurance, Greg has held multiple senior executive and C-suite roles. He is passionate about empowering HIF’s high-performing team to achieve exceptional outcomes for members.

Glenn Oellermann
Chief Financial Officer
Glenn Oellermann has responsibility for the finance, member benefits, member processing and procurement functions at HIF. Holding executive leadership positions at HIF since 2005, he has served as Chief Financial Leader since 2011, ensuring HIF remains financially prudent with an emphasis on providing value to members. 

Gerry Schipper
Interim Chief Risk Officer
Gerry Schipper leads the risk and compliance functions at HIF. His focus is on sound risk and compliance management and to maintain a strong risk culture that meets regulatory expectations, while putting members’ interests first. Prior to joining HIF, Gerry held senior roles in risk and compliance and internal and external audit, working in Australia and abroad.

Kristina Green
Chief Marketing and Product Officer
Kristina Green leads HIF's marketing and product portfolios. She is responsible for shaping HIF's brand experience, reputation and product strategy. With extensive leadership experience in the private health insurance sector, Kristina is passionate about strengthening member engagement through strategic partnerships, customer-focused product development and effective marketing initiatives that help members live healthier lives. 

Billy Martin
Chief Information Leader
Billy Martin leads information security, business solutions and project management at HIF. Billy has led large scale digital transformation programs to drive innovation and operational efficiency in complex business environments. With extensive experience spanning software development and IT architecture, he is focused on harnessing technology to empower teams and improve HIF’s member experience.
